Some days, the body feels heavy even when nothing physically exhausting happened. You wake up tired, move through the day tired, and go to sleep still tired.
There is no clear reason. And that confusion can be frustrating.
Tiredness is not always about lack of sleep or physical work. Sometimes it comes from carrying too many thoughts, emotions, or unspoken worries.
Thinking too much, holding things in, pretending to be okay — all of these take effort.
Not knowing why you feel tired does not make your experience invalid.
If you feel tired without knowing why, you are not weak. You might just be human.
